Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration form and submitting your information, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern your participation in the 39th World Zionist Congress election as a delegate on behalf of Israel.com. Your registration is only considered complete upon payment of the $5 registration fee.

Eligibility

To participate as a delegate in the World Zionist Congress election, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Be of Jewish descent.
2. Be at least 18 years old by June 30, 2025.
3. Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
4. Have not voted in the November 2022 Israeli Knesset election.
5. Have not registered for any other slate in the U.S. election for the 39th World Zionist Congress.

By submitting your registration, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

Permission to Register on Your Behalf

By registering through this platform, you grant Israel.com permission to submit your information to the American Zionist Movement (AZM) for the purposes of delegate registration and participation in the World Zionist Congress election. Israel.com will securely transmit your information to AZM to facilitate your inclusion in the voting process.

By completing your registration, you agree to actively support the movement by recruiting at least two additional delegates. This can be done by forwarding the provided recruitment email or sharing the necessary information with others who meet the eligibility requirements. Your involvement helps expand the reach of the Israel.com campaign and ensures greater participation in the election.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee

The $5 registration fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with your participation as a delegate and supports the organizational efforts related to the election process.

Data Usage and Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for the following purposes:

• Registering you as a delegate for the World Zionist Congress election.
• Communicating essential updates related to the election and your role as a delegate.
• Processing the $5 registration fee.

Israel.com will handle your personal data with care and will only share your information with the AZM for official registration purposes. Your information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or other purposes outside the election.

Delegate Responsibilities

As a registered delegate, you are expected to participate in the voting process during the World Zionist Congress election and attend any relevant meetings or events, either virtually or in person, as required.

Israel.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated to you via the contact information provided during registration.
